A lot has changed now that we're one unified brand. We've got answers to your most pressing questions.

Why did we decide to rebrand?

Whether you know us as TEAM Professional Services, TEAM Background, or TPS Alert, the same great team of people rests at our center.

Listening to our clients, we've decided to simplify things by bringing all our great products and services under a single brand. Doing this promises a streamlined and more intuitive customer experience.

What's changing for you?

Introducing teamqualify.com!

The primary change you'll see is a fresh, unified visual identity across all our apps, anchored by this shiny new centralized website on our new domain: teamqualify.com.

  • Our prior websites, teamprofessional.com and tpsalert.com will be taken offline on Sunday, March 24. Prior website links will automatically redirect to their counterparts on our new domain.
  • We’ve created a new Resources Hub page to be a central navigation point for our clients and users.
  • Click the user icon at the top of the homepage to get there, and you’ll find links to quickly take the key actions you need most, including:
    • Log in to TEAM apps
    • Forms to enroll in any of our services
    • Forms to update your account, order supplies, and more
    • Essential support links and downloads

New name, new logo, oh my!

We’re in the process of updating all our documents and forms. During this short transition period, you may still see our old brands on items.

  • Billing and Contracts: Invoices, receipts, and legally binding contracts, such as our service agreements will continue to indicate our respective legal identities: TEAM Professional Services, Inc., TPS Alert, LLC, or TEAM Background, LLC. Checks should also continue to be made out to these entities.
  • Forms and Documents: All other documents, such as consent forms, acknowledgements, policies, and guides will reflect our new brand. While these are being phased out, we will continue to accept signed items like this with the old brand, given they are the most recent version published prior to our brand change.

New Email Domain

Our email addresses are changing!

Any emails you send to prior addresses will still be routed to the right people, but there are a few things you can do help make things smoother.

  • Add [email protected] to your address book and trusted senders lists. Many important communications will now begin coming from this address, including system notices, confirmations, and more.
  • Support: The primary email address for our Customer Excellence TEAM is now [email protected]. Use [email protected] for requests specifically related to background checks.
  • Billing: Send all billing inquiries to the following addresses:
  • Results: all test result documents should be sent to [email protected]
  • Other Departments: If you regularly receive or send emails to anyone at TEAM, add the updated email address to your contacts to help us stay out of Junk!

Applications

Our apps for ordering and tracking drug tests, background checks, training, and contractor compliance monitoring will stay just as easy to use as before. However, you will experience a few key changes.

Below is a detailed list of changes you will see, broken down by product, service, or app.

Do you use TEAM as your TPA for drug and alcohol testing?

  • The URL of our online ordering system teamdrugresults.com has NOT changed.
  • You will notice an updated logo and color scheme to match our new unified brand.

Do you use TEAM to run background checks?

  • The URL of our online ordering system teambackground.bgsecured.com has NOT changed.
  • You will notice an updated app icon and color scheme to match our new unified brand.

Are you an Operator or Contractor using Alert for contractor compliance?

TPS Alert is now our Alert app!

  • Our move to teamqualify.com means that our Alert app is moving to a new URL: alert.teamqualify.com. The prior URL will automatically be redirected, but it’s still a good idea to update any bookmarks you have.
  • You will also notice an updated app icon and color scheme to match our new unified brand.
  • No usernames or account access will be affected.

Are you or your employees enrolled in any of our online courses on TEAM Learning Suite?

  • Our move to teamqualify.com means that TEAM Learning Suite is moving to a new URL: learn.teamqualify.com. The prior URL will automatically be redirected, but it’s still a good idea to update any bookmarks you have.
  • You will also notice an updated app icon and color scheme to match our new unified brand.
  • No usernames or account access will be affected.
